We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products purchased in-clinic. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
• The product must be in its original packaging
• A receipt or valid proof of purchase must be provided

Returns must be authorised in advance. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your products at the time of purchase or upon opening. If you notice any defect, damage, or receive an incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We are unable to accept returns on:

• Sale items
• Gift vouchers

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item first (following the return process above). Once the return is approved, you may purchase the replacement product separately.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund
