Refund Policy for In-Clinic Product Purchases

At MAESKN Aesthetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with a product bought in-clinic, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products purchased in-clinic. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
The product must be in its original packaging
A receipt or valid proof of purchase must be provided

How to Start a Return

Returns must be authorised in advance. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once authorised, please return the item to:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your products at the time of purchase or upon opening. If you notice any defect, damage, or receive an incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

Sale items
Gift vouchers

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item first (following the return process above). Once the return is approved, you may purchase the replacement product separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund

If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@maeskn.co.uk.

I suffer with redness and dry skin and am currently doing their rosacea tier one programme . I’ve seen a big difference in my redness so far so looking forward to continuing my journey.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am delighted with the result of the laser treatment that I had for some unsightly dark patches on my face. I had pretty much accepted that this was just a part of getting older and persuing a hobby that meant being outside in all weathers.
The consultation process was thorough and the pricing was reasonable.
The procedure was not painful - I only experienced just the very slightest of twinges. The side effects were minimal.
My face is now glowing and rejuvenated and needless to say I don't know why I didn't do it sooner.
