I had a great skin consultation with Michelle , I’ve never had a visia skin scanner and it was great to see my skins health . I suffer with redness and dry skin and am currently doing their rosacea tier one programme . I’ve seen a big difference in my redness so far so looking forward to continuing my journey.

Michelle was absolutely lovely from start to finish. She took the time to carry out a very thorough consultation, carefully listening to my concerns and assessing my skin in detail. She explained everything clearly, including the different treatment options, what to realistically expect, and why she recommended a particular approach. Her knowledge and expertise really stood out, and she took the time to educate me about my skin condition and how to manage it. I am delighted with the result of the laser treatment that I had for some unsightly dark patches on my face. I had pretty much accepted that this was just a part of getting older and persuing a hobby that meant being outside in all weathers.
The consultation process was thorough and the pricing was reasonable.
The procedure was not painful - I only experienced just the very slightest of twinges. The side effects were minimal.
