1. Validity Period:
   This gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiry date is final and cannot be extended.

2. Eligible Services & Products:
   The voucher may only be redeemed against indicated treatment at the time of redemption. If for any reason the recipient is not suitable for the purpose treatment- at the discretion of MAESKN the monetary value can be added to the recipients account.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable:

   • No cash refunds, exchanges, or credit equivalents are available.

   • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase other vouchers.

4. Single or Multiple Use:
   The voucher is to be used in full at one time. No remaining balance will stay on the recipients account once the treatment has been undergone.

5. Appointment Bookings:
   Treatments redeemed with a voucher must be booked in advance. Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
   MAESKN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. These cannot be replaced or reissued.

7. Non-Transferable:
   Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the named recipient unless otherwise agreed by the clinic.

8. Promotional Discounts : Gift vouchers may be used in conjunction with promotional discounts unless explicitly stated by MAESKN

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable:

   • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase other vouchers.

4. Single or Multiple Use:
   The voucher may be used in full or part-payment. Any remaining balance will stay on the recipients account  until the expiry date and cannot be refunded or extended.

5. Appointment Bookings:
   Treatments redeemed with a voucher must be booked in advance. Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.

MAESKN Aesthetics offers Klarna as an alternative payment option for selected treatments and packages. Klarna allows clients to spread the cost of their purchase through Klarna’s available payment plans.

If you choose to pay using Klarna, your payment agreement will be made directly with Klarna Bank AB (publ). Klarna’s payment options are subject to their own terms and conditions and approval processes.

To provide Klarna’s payment services, certain personal information such as contact and order details may be shared with Klarna for the purpose of payment processing and credit assessment.

MAESKN Aesthetics does not control and is not responsible for Klarna’s lending decisions, payment schedules, or any agreements made between you and Klarna.

Klarna is an independent payment provider and MAESKN Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for decisions made by Klarna regarding finance approval.

1.)Klarna Payment Responsibility

When a treatment or package is purchased using Klarna, the financial agreement is made directly between the client and Klarna.

Once a treatment, course, or package has been redeemed in full or in part, the client remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments to Klarna under their agreement with Klarna Bank AB (publ).

MAESKN Aesthetics is not responsible for any payment obligations, missed payments, or financial agreements made between the client and Klarna.

2.)Refunds for Klarna Purchases

Refunds for treatments or packages purchased using Klarna will only be issued in accordance with the MAESKN Aesthetics Refund Policy.

Where a refund is approved, If any treatments within a package have already been used, the value of those treatments will be deducted from any eligible refund.

1.1 “MAESKN Aesthetics” refers to Maeskn Clinic Ltd, trading as MAESKN Aesthetics.
1.2 “You” means the individual attending consultations or treatments at MAESKN Aesthetics.

2.1 These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
2.2 These Terms supersede all prior verbal or written statements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 All notices must be made in writing and are considered delivered upon personal delivery, confirmed fax/email, or within 3 days of registered post.
2.4 Our failure to enforce a term does not waive our right to enforce it later.
2.5 These Terms may be updated without prior notice.
2.6 These Terms are governed by and construed under English law.
2.7 These Terms are the intellectual property of MAESKN Aesthetics.

3.1 We are committed to delivering exceptional consultations and treatments reflective of our clinical standards and expertise.
3.2 Consultations require a deposit.

3.3 If you do not attend or cancel with fewer than 48 hours’ notice, the consultation fee will not be redeemable.
3.4 If you are found unsuitable for treatment following consultation, the fee remains non-refundable.
3.5 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance via phone, email, or in person.
3.6 Late Arrivals: We aim to accommodate late arrivals, but appointments may be shortened or rescheduled.
3.7 Treatment Packages: Pre-paid packages are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Failure to attend or cancelling within 48 hours will forfeit that session.
3.8 Child Policy: Children under 14 are not permitted in the clinic. Arriving with a child under 14 will result in a cancelled appointment. New clients will forfeit their booking fee; existing clients will be charged a £60 cancellation fee.

4.1 Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.
4.2 Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit is received.
4.3 You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without charge.
4.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.

5.1 Treatment prices are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice. Confirmed bookings will retain the agreed price.
5.2 All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT.
5.3 We accept payment by credit or debit card.
5.4 Card payments are subject to authorisation by the card provider. We are not liable for any delay caused by failed payment authorisation.

6.1 You confirm you are aged 18 or over and legally eligible to consent to treatment.
6.2 You confirm you do not have any medical condition that contraindicates your chosen treatment.
6.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and honest medical and personal information.
6.4 You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our clinicians.

7.1 We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
7.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the consultation or treatment fee.
7.3 Failure to attend without notice may result in a full charge of the treatment booked.

8.1 Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights or our liability for death or personal injury due to negligence.
8.2 We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to follow practitioner advice.
8.3 MAESKN Aesthetics will not be held responsible for outcomes where full and accurate medical disclosure has not been made.
8.4 While we provide treatments with the utmost care, results may vary. No guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.

MAESKN Aesthetics shall not be liable for failure to meet obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, fire, pandemics, civil unrest, or disruption to supply or staff.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

12.1 You must be a registered MAESKN Aesthetics client to make referrals.
12.2 The referee must mention your name during registration.
12.3 The referral must be a new client not previously registered.
12.4 A successful referral includes:

• Registration and attendance of a booked appointment by the referred client.

12.5 Rewards are issued at our discretion.
12.6 MAESKN Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice.

13.1 Promotional discounts, offers, and vouchers are valid for both new and existing clients.
13.2 Only one offer or voucher may be used per person and per transaction.
13.3 Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional discount.
13.4 The original voucher must be surrendered at the time of purchase or redemption of the treatment.
13.5 All offers are subject to client suitability for treatment, as determined by a qualified practitioner.
13.6 Vouchers are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
