Facial harmonisation — sometimes referred to as facial balancing or full-face rejuvenation — takes a more considered approach to dermal filler treatment.

Rather than focusing on one feature in isolation, the face is assessed as a whole, looking at the relationship between the cheeks, chin, jawline, lips, profile and surrounding facial structures.

MAESKN Aesthetics is delighted to welcome Sam Moore of Oriah Clinic to our Guildford clinic for our specialist Facial Harmonisation Clinic.

Using carefully selected and precisely placed dermal fillers, our medical specialist practitioner Sam creates a bespoke treatment plan designed around your individual anatomy and proportions.

The aim isn’t to change your face or simply add volume.

It’s about creating balance.

TREATMENT OPTIONS

During your consultation, Sam assesses your facial structure from multiple angles, considering factors such as cheek support, chin projection, jawline definition, lip proportions, facial volume and profile balance.

Where appropriate, carefully placed dermal filler can then be used to subtly enhance structure, restore lost volume or improve the relationship between different facial features.

Full-face assessment does not mean full-face treatment, for some clients, improving one carefully selected area may create greater overall balance. For others, a staged approach involving several areas may be recommended.

Every facial harmonisation treatment at our Guildford, Surrey clinic is therefore completely bespoke.

A facial harmonisation treatment plan may consider:

  • Cheek and mid-face structure
  • Chin projection and shape
  • Jawline definition
  • Lip shape and proportion
  • Temple volume loss
  • Facial asymmetry
  • Profile balancing
  • Age-related facial volume loss
  • Facial changes following significant weight loss

02 | Plan — Your Bespoke Treatment

Following your assessment, Sam will explain which areas — if any — could be treated to enhance overall facial balance and why.

Your plan may involve one carefully selected area or a combination of areas.

You will receive a clear recommendation and treatment cost before deciding whether you would like to proceed.

03 | Harmonise — Precision Dermal Filler

Dermal filler is strategically placed according to your individual treatment plan.

The emphasis is on precision to create natural results.

Product selection, placement and quantity are carefully considered for each area, allowing subtle changes across the face to work together rather than individual features appearing treated in isolation.
