We are delighted to welcome Sam Moore, founder and lead injector at Oriah, to MAESKN Aesthetics for our new specialist Facial Harmonisation Clinic in Guildford.

This collaboration brings together MAESKN’s skin health and regenerative approach with Sam’s experience in advanced dermal filler treatments and whole-face rejuvenation. Sam brings 11 years of medical experience from his work within the NHS and over 8 years experience in injectable aesthetics , perfecting his signature subtle and natural facial harmonisation technique.

Sam’s medical background has given him extensive experience working in clinical environments where patient safety, precision and compassionate care are essential. These principles continue to guide his approach to aesthetic medicine.

Facial harmonisation is a personalised, whole-face approach to aesthetic treatment.

Instead of focusing on one feature in isolation, Sam assesses how the different areas of the face work together. This may include considering facial proportions, symmetry, profile, structure, volume distribution and the natural changes that occur with age.

Where appropriate, carefully placed dermal filler can be used to restore lost volume, improve balance or gently enhance selected features. Depending on the individual, a facial harmonisation plan might consider areas such as the cheeks, chin, jawline, lips or surrounding facial contours.

This does not mean that every area needs to be treated. The purpose of the consultation is to identify what would genuinely benefit the face and what should be left untouched.

No two faces are the same, which is why every appointment begins with an in-depth consultation with Sam.

You will have the opportunity to discuss what you have noticed, how you would like to feel and whether there are any particular features you would like assessed. Sam will then examine the face as a whole and explain which options may be suitable.

There is never an expectation to proceed with treatment. If Sam does not believe a particular treatment would be appropriate or beneficial, he will explain why and discuss any suitable alternatives.

Facial harmonisation may be suitable for someone who feels that their features appear slightly unbalanced, has experienced age-related facial volume loss or would like to enhance their natural facial structure without looking noticeably “done.”

It may also be considered following significant weight loss, including weight loss associated with GLP-1 medications, where changes in facial volume can sometimes leave the face looking more tired or less supported.

The most appropriate treatment will always depend on your anatomy, medical history, concerns and desired outcome. Suitability can only be confirmed following a consultation.
